The bolts use coarse-thread or fine-thread

Is there a specification specifying that coarse thread should be used for bolts smaller than M36, while fine thread should be used for bolts larger than M36? How to determine whether to use coarse or fine threads.
It is specified in HG/T20613-2009.
Teacher: When the nominal diameter of the bolt is less than M48, under what circumstances should fine threads be used and under what circumstances should coarse threads be used? Please popularize the standards for classifying coarse and fine threads. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to ask: for thread specifications in standard GB196, if the pitch is not specified, does it correspond to the pitch listed in the first row of that standard? For example, for the threads of M48, writing M48*3 indicates a fine-thread with a pitch of 3, while writing just M48 indicates a coarse-thread with a pitch of 5? The large-sized studs that are commonly used usually have *3 fine-thread pitch, so I haven’t understood this aspect until now; I’d like some advice.
