Issues with draining and cleaning liquefied gas cylinders

The customer has 16 horizontal liquefied gas tanks with a capacity of 100 cubic meters each, and one spherical tank with a capacity of 2,000 cubic meters; these are now being **confiscated and will no longer be in use. The Safety Supervision Department requires customers to empty all liquids and gases from the tanks, in order to eliminate any potential safety hazards within the tanks and pipelines. I wonder if there are manufacturers specialized in cleaning liquefied gas cylinders? Urgently needed. Do any of the sea friends have other suggestions?
I personally think that by pumping out the liquid from the jar, flushing it with water, and leaving it for a few days, it will be ready to use again – is that correct? Is a professional company still needed?
It should be from a third party; go and look for it. I remember there was an incident involving a company where an explosion occurred while filling the tank with water to displace the air; I even watched that video. It’s best to use up your materials first; otherwise, you won’t know how to store what you produce. The cleaning of my ethylene oxide storage tank is similar to what you described: after use, fill the tank with water, let it soak, then drain the water; repeat this process, and finally carry out ventilation and testing
