I would like to ask everyone, in the design of pressure vessels, how to determine the minimum thickness of the head, and how to write the details and labels?

I usually use the nominal thickness minus the molding thinning rate of the head. I don’t know if that’s right?

Oh, the thinning rate in the appendix of GB/T 25198 is too high! It is understood that the processing capabilities of many companies are much smaller than those in the standard appendix.
No, if the head manufacturer deliberately makes the container smaller to save costs, the container manufacturer will reject it, and the head manufacturer will be eliminated if it does not follow the standards. The molding thickness of the heads we purchased is much higher than the standard.
