Can the welds of atmospheric pressure equipment be exempted from non-destructive testing?
Normal pressure, non-toxic and non-explosive, let’s use the standard 10%. If you are sure of the welding quality, you don’t need to take pictures. Who can say for sure?

Atmospheric pressure vessel manufacturers also use automatic welding. Automatic welding is more reliable than manual welding, so can flaw detection be unnecessary?
Equipment designed according to atmospheric pressure standards must be tested at least 10%, and equipment designed according to GB150 must be tested at least 20%. Inflammable, explosive, and highly moderately hazardous media must be tested 100%. Please be careful and read more about the standards.
Where did you find this 10% 20% data? I can't find it in NBT 47003.1-2009 or GB/T150. They are all atmospheric pressure equipment. Why do some manufacturers design according to GB150 and some according to NBT 47003.1-2009?
Automatic welding is not necessarily more reliable than manual welding. Flaw detection is required according to the design standards of normal pressure equipment.
There are standards. As for which standard the design is based on, it depends on the process conditions and the owner's requirements.
