In GB50341, it is stated that \"going forward, the number of welders will not be taken into consideration; for each plate thickness, radiographic inspection should be carried out on a 300mm section taken from any location within every 30 meters of weld length plus any remaining portion.\" What does \"remaining portion\" mean here? Does it refer to the length of the weld that exceeds 30 meters? Does it mean that any value exceeding 30 meters but still below 30 meters is considered a fractional value? Also, for a weld of length 31 meters at a certain plate thickness, should 300 mm be taken for inspection within 30 meters, and another 300 mm for inspection within the remaining 1 meter?
