Filter presses are generally not considered special equipment. If the DN of the accessory pipeline is greater than or equal to 50, it should be a pressure pipeline.
Pressure vessels refer to closed equipment that holds gas or liquid and carries a certain pressure. Its scope is defined as gases with a maximum working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa (gauge pressure), liquefied gases and liquids with a maximum operating temperature greater than or equal to the standard boiling point, fixed containers and mobile containers with a volume greater than or equal to 30L and an inner diameter (non-circular cross-section refers to the maximum geometric size of the inner boundary of the cross-section) greater than or equal to 150mm.； Cylinders containing gases, liquefied gases and liquids with a standard boiling point equal to or lower than 60°C whose nominal working pressure is greater than or equal to 0.2MPa (gauge pressure), and the product of pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 1.0MPa·L ； oxygen chamber.
Filter presses do not need to be registered as special equipment
First you need to determine three basic parameters 1. Actual operating pressure: Greater than or equal to 0.10MPa 2. Equipment volume: Greater than or equal to 0.3m3 3. Medium form: Gas, liquid or solid must be present at the same time. After determining whether it is a pressure vessel, you also need to check whether there is factory information and whether there is a CS or TS stamp on the nameplate.
If it is a filter press housing, it needs to be registered as shown on the nameplate.
If you operate according to the nameplate, it is a pressure vessel, and our supervision is as a pressure vessel. The volume exceeds 0.3m3, the medium is air, and the pressure exceeds 0.10MPa. are satisfied.
Special equipment with TS stamp must be registered for use and the identification step must be completed.
