How is the unfolded size of this saddle-type bearing pad calculated?
The unfolded dimension of the shimming plate is the arc length, right? Is there a standard for that? ?
It is generally calculated based on the arc length of the mean diameter.
CAD has a function for measuring arc lengths; more precisely, it measures the arc length at the midpoint of the offset distance. When measuring the arc length of the outer diameter or even the inner diameter, an approximate value is obtained after rounding
The sum of the outer diameter of the cylinder and the thickness of the gasket is multiplied by 3.14, and then the arc length is calculated based on the support angle
