consult: Is the container with the inner cylinder at normal pressure and the outer cylinder with a 50mm jacket filled with steam a pressure vessel? Does this equipment require supervisory inspection?

A vessel that meets the following three conditions at the same time is called a pressure vessel: (1) Maximum working pressure ≥9.8104Pa (1Kgf/cm2) ； (2) Volume ≥ 25L, and the product of working pressure and volume ≥ 200L.Kgf/cm2 (1960104L.Pa) ； (3) The medium is gas, liquefied gas or liquid with a maximum working temperature higher than the standard boiling point.
It is a pressure vessel and should be inspected as a pressure vessel.
Moderator, are you sure this is what TSG21-2016 says?
If you haven't passed the pressure vessel piping job certificate, that's how it's stipulated.
