Safe operation – leak-free sampling and sealed connections. The sampling medium can either be recycled back into the process or discharged to the flare system. It can prevent operators from being harmed by various toxic and harmful gases and liquids. It does not pollute the environment and prevents dangerous accidents caused by flammable and explosive substances during sampling. 2. Easy sampling – A double-self-sealing quick connector is used between the sampling cylinder and the process pipe, enabling simple, rapid, and convenient operation. 3. Accurate sampling – Sampling is representative during the flow of the medium, and accuracy is high when sampling is taken under actual process conditions. 4. Simple installation – it features box-type mounting and flange connections, allowing it to be connected directly to process pipelines. Safety precautions for closed sampling devices: 1. The medium collected in the sampling cylinder should fill 70%–85% of its volume ； 2. Sampling cylinders filled with sampling medium must be kept away from sources of fire; they must not be exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight ； 3. Before use, carefully check whether all the pipe connections of the sampler are tightly fitted; if any are loose, they should be repaired promptly before use ； 4. The seal between the sampling cylinder and the connector should be checked regularly, and it should be replaced promptly if damaged. 5. When removing the sampling cylinder, pay attention to the temperature of its outer wall; wear protective gloves to avoid burns or frostbite. 6. Operators should avoid contact of the medium or its volatile vapors with their skin; they must wear gloves and protective goggles to prevent inhaling vapors. 7. Sampling cylinders shall be regularly subjected to hydrostatic pressure tests at 1.5 times the design pressure as well as airtightness tests to ensure safety during sampling and on-site operations. 8. The sampling cylinder and the connection hose fittings should be inspected regularly; if damaged, they should be replaced promptly ； Sampling cylinders should be regularly inspected and maintained: once every two years during the first five years, and then once a year thereafter.
