Question: Are conical-bottom storage tanks used in oil depots?

As the title suggests, are conical-bottom storage tanks still used in oil depots these days? What are the advantages?
I haven’t seen it, but I think the advantage of a conical bottom is that it makes it easier to drain completely
Tanks with capacities of tens of thousands of cubic meters exist, and there are even some with capacities of over a hundred thousand cubic meters; it’s probably not necessary to completely empty them every time. . .
