Can the high-pressure gas tank be placed directly on the floor of the second floor without using foot bolts for fixation? For example, a nitrogen tank with a design pressure of 3.3 MPa and a volume of 5 m3. For the load that a high-pressure tank imposes on the floor, in addition to considering its own weight, does one also need to take into account the force exerted by the high-pressure gas inside the container on the floor? Is this force strong? How should it be considered?
On the second-floor floor, anchor bolts not only serve to limit the position of the structure under vibration and pipeline stress, but also help to prevent it from toppling over in the event of an earthquake. Therefore, ordinary containers should be secured using anchor bolts, unless it is equipment with a very large weight such as ammonia synthesis towers, which do not require anchor bolts for fixation. The high-pressure gas self-balances within the equipment, so there is no need to consider its force on the floor.
It definitely won’t work according to the capacity regulations. All equipment must be installed completely; nothing can be missing.

It is impossible to do without anchor bolts; when installing indoors, static loads are the main factor to consider, while in outdoor installations wind loads must also be taken into account.
