SW6 calculation of skirt base

As the title suggests: If the shear stress on the foundation bolts is equal to 0, does that mean the equipment is self-stable?
Take another look at the calculation sheet – it’s tensile stress, right?
This only indicates that the total horizontal seismic force is less than the friction between the base plate and the foundation; it does not necessarily imply self-stability
This definitely means self-stabilization of the device. Generally, vertical equipment with a skirt base (not towers) is self-stabilizing
SW6 is used to calculate the skirt; there should be a notification if self-stability is achieved, right?
