The new \"Rules for Licensing Production and Filling Units of Special Equipment\" TSG07-2019 specifies in C2.2.9.1.1 that personnel should include specially trained inspectors for vacuum performance and low-temperature insulation performance. (What kind of training does \"specialized training\" refer to here?) Where can it be done? Does the manufacturer’s training count when purchasing testing equipment? ）
As far as I know, this service is usually monopolized by equipment manufacturers, who offer paid after-sales vacuuming services for the equipment they sell. Their vacuum extraction readings are generally not made public.
If specific requirements cannot be found, have the manufacturer provide training and keep proper records. . I think it holds water. .
There is no need to overinterpret the rules; if a rule requires specialized institutional training, it will be specified clearly. So the specialized training here clearly includes training provided by equipment manufacturers.
