The conditions are not complete; only manufacturers that have encountered this situation before and have managed to complete the production can understand how to proceed. Any manufacturer with all the necessary facilities and the capability to produce heat exchangers can do it.
It cannot be measured using a single parameter related to gas… nor can such a parameter be used to determine which manufacturers are able to produce it and which cannot……
