The carbon steel steam valve is leaking; what methods do you have for dealing with this?
The valves are in this condition – if they leak, replace them; safety first
The body is leaking; it is recommended to replace the valve； If the conditions are not met yet and production must continue, pressure-based leak sealing should be employed
The valve body is damaged; it’s proper to replace it.
This post was last edited by B0SS on 2019-12-11 at 18:24. It seems to be a low-pressure steam pipeline; if it’s possible to access it, the valve can be replaced directly. If access isn’t possible, a clamp or similar device can be used as a solution. Judging from the picture, it seems the flange gasket is damaged; one can simply use a glue injection fixture to apply glue to the flange. :lol
