Issues regarding pressure vessel design drawings

When the equipment’s design drawings do not indicate its category, it is considered a pressure vessel that is not subject to **supervisory inspection; however, this equipment might actually be a Class I or Class II pressure vessel. In the event of an accident involving this equipment, what responsibilities should the entity using it and the design team assume respectively?
Check the contract and other valid documents. If something goes wrong, none of them will be able to escape
Who designed it, who manufactured it, who used it – none of them can get away with it.

Investigate from the cause of the accident.
This is evading inspection – it’s right that no one can get away with it. The steps for checking are as follows: first, check the drawings; once they’re found, that’s it, and then it’s determined who will be fined. . . . . . The poor designer gets little pay and ainda faces penalties; if this is true, that designer must have been deceived. . .
Lifetime responsibility for design, lifetime responsibility for manufacturing – once a problem arises, there’s no way to get away from it, unless one can fly!
Design bears primary responsibility; regulatory requirements stipulate that the category of the container must be indicated on the design layout
