Which design standard do you use? When using that standard, you must follow the requirements of that standard and cannot piece together several standards.
Just look at the operating temperatures of A516 Gr70 and Q345R. There is still a big difference in material manufacturing levels. Standard setters need to consider the average level and demands of most manufacturers. Use whatever standard materials you use, and of course you have to consider the place of origin!
It is not recommended to use it near the lower operating temperature limit of the equipment, especially if the medium is hazardous chemicals
According to GB150.2, Article 4.2.6, austenite-ferrite dual-phase steel can only be used at -20°C. Obviously, it cannot be used in pipes.
