Equipment S30408 with carbon steel flange

The cylinder diameter is 1400 mm, with a design pressure of 0.6 Mpa. The cylinder is made of S30408 material with a thickness of 12 mm. A flanged lining is to be used, but I’m not sure how to choose it; if 47021 is used, there are no DN1400 versions available at a pressure of 1.0 Mpa. According to standard 47022, there are DN1400 variants with a pressure rating of 1.0 Mpa, but the spool length is 16 mm; the total length of such spools is 270 mm, which is too long. Using standard NB/T47023 seems inappropriate in this case. Is it possible to use a flanged sleeve according to standard NB/T47021 with a PN rating of 0.25? Would such a flanged sleeve meet the required strength requirements?
One would have to design and calculate it oneself; there is no such specification in the standards, so one can only refer to similar ones for design purposes
Consider SW6 as a non-standard flange, and calculate it with reference to 47021
Custom design is possible; the type of flange, the material and style of gaskets, as well as the material for fasteners can be determined based on the design requirements. The structural dimensions can follow those of standard flanges.
Non-standard flanges can be designed with reference to standard designs, as long as the design is approved.
