Can steam condensate be used directly as water for catalytic boilers?

Can the condensate water from the unit, without undergoing reverse osmosis treatment, be used directly as feedwater for the waste heat boiler and steam generator in the catalytic unit? Is it acceptable if the iron ions in the condensate are within 50 ppm? What are the effects of high iron levels? Thank you
Doing this is definitely not right. There are specific parameters for the water entering the boiler; a set of water quality monitoring instruments is not expensive at all. Relying on luck to ensure the safe operation of the equipment is definitely not the right approach. In condensate water, even 5 ppm of iron is far too high – let alone 50 ppm. Just imagine how severely the entire condensate system would be corroded under such conditions Of course, you can use your boilers as tea kettles; there’s no problem with that.
As long as it meets the boiler feedwater specifications, that’s fine
