Previously, users were using an open-type sampling method with faucets; During its inspection, the Environmental Protection Agency found that the VOC levels were above the allowed limits; further testing revealed the presence of benzene, a Class 1 carcinogen, in the medium, and benzene is a highly toxic substance ; It is said that there are strict emission requirements in terms of environmental protection ; Therefore, the environmental protection agency requires that corrective actions be taken within a specified time frame to ensure that sampling is carried out in a sealed manner, so as to prevent the generation of waste liquids during sampling, thereby reducing leaks and emissions and avoiding the need for secondary treatment. It’s not clear whether all chemical plants that use toxic substances in their processes must undergo certain modifications for sampling purposes ; Is it a mandatory requirement set by the environmental protection agency?
