Dear experts, Table 6.4.5-1 of GB50341-2014 mentions the wind pressure height variation coefficient Uz in relation to the \"height above the ground or sea level\". So, when calculating the wind resistance zone, should the value of Uz be based on elevation altitude or relative height? For example, if Location A is at an altitude of 500 meters and the storage tank is 20 meters tall, is the height here 520 meters or 20 meters?:o:Q?
It refers to the \"height above the ground or sea level\", not altitude.
