10,000 cubic meter Class A floating roof storage tank for liquids

Have you built a floating roof storage tank with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters for Class A liquids of a similar size? There is a project currently, and since the client has not issued a tender yet, it is not possible to provide the drawings of the storage tank foundation conditions; however, civil engineering design must now begin. I just want to ask who knows something about the construction of tank foundations; I’d like to learn about it*.
It’s the same approach as for those several thousand cubic meters – it’s just a matter of scale
