According to 150 or other standards, the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid column can be ignored if it is no more than 5%; the negative deviation in the thickness of the steel plate can also be ignored if it is no more than 6% (this part is not stated in the original text). I remember there being another value of 5%, but I really can’t recall it. Could anyone give me some hints? Thank you
For carbon steel and low-alloy steel, when the cold forming deformation rate exceeds 5%, heat treatment to restore its properties is required under certain conditions
The negative deviation in steel thickness is negligible for this product; it has been removed.

On 150-98, yes, there is this clause. In 150-2011, there is no such clause.

It’s not available anymore; the original one was 0.25mm thick. Previously, the negative deviation in the thickness of the container plates was mainly 0.25 mm; now it is mainly 0.3 mm. So now this one is gone
