A question regarding the reinforcement method of making multiple holes in a flat cover.

According to GB150.3-2011, P162, 6.4.3, the standard specifies that the total width of all openings in the radial cross-section at the flat cover shall not exceed 1/2Di; moreover, the distance between the centers of any two adjacent openings shall be greater than 1.5 times the average diameter of those two openings and less than or equal to 2 times that diameter. May I ask, here, do any two adjacent holes refer to those that are on the radial cross-section, or just any two holes?
Have you figured out what a radial cross-section is?
A flat cover has many radial sections; it should be the sum of the openings of the same radial section
It should refer not only to the radial direction but to any two adjacent holes.
It should be the sum of the openings with the same radial cross-section
The distance between the centers of any two adjacent holes is greater than 1.5 times the average diameter of the holes and less than or equal to 2 times that diameter.
There are only openings in the radial cross-section on the flat cover; what other cross-sections have openings? Any two openings are those located in the radial cross-section
