The nozzle flange standard provided by the process is HG/T 20592 PJ/SE PN16 loose flange. Now I have the following questions: The temperature of this equipment is high, so a wound pad should be used. According to the pipe flange standard, the wound pad should use a more rigid flange structure. Is it possible for PJ/SE? The instructions for compiling the pipe flange standard state that the deformation of the flange in the loose tube flange does not directly cause the rotation of the sealing surface. Can it be understood that the loose tube flange does not need to consider stiffness failure? The current idea is to increase the pressure level of the pipe flange to PN25, or to choose the American standard necked loose sleeve flange of HG/T 20615. In addition, at a high temperature of 300 degrees, the allowable stress of TA2 is very low. There is no similar material in the standard, so whether the flange cover should be calculated and passed (the lining structure is not recommended in the standard above 250 degrees). Personal suggestion: integral flange type, lined with titanium tube and sealing surface ring. If a standard flange is selected for the flange cover, the allowable stress needs to be compared to determine the pressure it can withstand. It is recommended to use the so-called lining type, because titanium and low alloy steel cannot be welded. Make a titanium ring plate, process the sealing surface, and use threads or other types of connections with the low alloy steel flange. In my opinion, this type is not considered a lining.
I think screw fixation can also be considered as lining structure, and the flange cover can be considered to be a composite plate structure.
Screw fixing is indeed a lining structure and can be used. Otherwise, there is no way to connect. Also, this equipment is made of TA material, not TA material composite board. It cannot adopt the type of integral flange, lined with titanium tube and sealing surface ring.
