The poster should post the complete picture. You don't understand the complete picture yourself, so how can others judge the partial picture? There are evenly spaced holes on the two vertical tubes (most likely multiple evenly spaced tubes), judging from this, they should be used for feeding materials.
This is the complete picture. Everything else is clear but I don’t know what these two things are used for.
