Hello teachers: The original equipment data is a horizontal hydraulic pressure test of 1.7 MPa. The current equipment is installed vertically at a height of 10 meters. How much pressure is required for the hydraulic pressure test after maintenance?
Your pressure test is wrong. I calculated that it should be 1.82MPa. When doing the pressure test standing upright, there are two main issues to consider. 1. GB150 Part 1 4.6.2 Install a pressure gauge on the top during the vertical test. The test pressure requires that the bottom pressure is not higher than the bottom pressure during the horizontal test, and must be lower than 1.7
The vertical type is based on the horizontal type plus the static pressure of the liquid column at the bottom of the container during the hydrostatic test. 1.7 plus 11 meters of water column is a little more than 1.8. This is clearly stated in the standard GB/T150.
Don't just look at the nameplate, you need to find the design drawings, which should have vertical test pressures.
