This conversion furnace and waste heat boiler are key equipment in the gas production process prior to the POX process (pure oxygen non-catalytic conversion). The waste heat boiler features a vertical spiral coil structure and is an equipment developed exclusively by Lanshi Heavy Equipment’s Thermal Engineering Division. During the development process, the Thermal Engineering Department of the Refitting Company worked closely and efficiently in collaboration with the Refining and Chemicals Branch to develop implementation plans addressing the challenges associated with the manufacturing of internal components, optimize production processes, and organize production meticulously; as a result, the manufacturing was successfully completed within 6 months. Waste heat boilers: In recent years, the Thermal Engineering Department of the refitting company, thanks to its solid professional skills and spirit of continuous innovation, has developed equipment such as POX waste heat boilers, flexible thin-walled tube sheet waste heat boilers, horizontal U-tube syngas waste heat boilers, and vertical gasifier combined heat recovery units, which have won the trust of customers. This year, the department has taken on the development tasks for more than 10 conversion furnaces, waste heat boilers, and drum equipment, including the syngas plants of Ningbo Juhua and Hongrun Petrochemical, the conversion unit of Ningxia Dongyi’s methanol production project, the syngas supply and related projects of Shanghai Huayi, and the ammonia synthesis plant of Qinghai Yuntianhua. Lanshi Heavy Equipment Company stated that it will continue to focus on customer needs, increase investment in technology research and development as well as market expansion, in order to provide customers with high-quality waste heat boiler equipment and comprehensive solutions for high-temperature waste heat recovery.
