I would like to ask how people determine the diameter of the bolt center circle when designing non-standard flanges. I can’t find a method for doing this in my designs

Adjust by referencing the size closest to the nominal diameter of the standard container flange (increase or decrease and round off).
Adjust according to the dimensions in the reference standard. Just refer to 7.5.2.1 on page 193 of GB/T150 and perform the calculation.
In one case of non-standard flanges, a larger flange is required to connect to a smaller pipe; for example, a DN100 flange is used to connect to a DN50 pipe. The outer diameter of the flange as well as the diameter of the center circle of the bolt holes are in accordance with the standards for a DN100 flange, while the connection dimensions to the pipe are based on those of a DN50 pipe; In another case, if the flange interface on the equipment does not conform to our standard specifications, it is necessary to design a custom flange based on the dimensions of the flange on that equipment.
Aren’t standard flanges good enough? Why must non-standard flanges be used? If the standard flange is not strong enough and the next larger size is too big, it is possible to consider thickening the flange without changing its other dimensions; as long as the calculations show it is satisfactory, that will do.
Refer to the standard dimensions; if a standard option is available, choose it whenever possible.
