Valve problem?

Equipment for storing liquids is equipped with a valve below the outlet that extends into the container; what type of valve is this? The LPG underground tanks we produce are installed by the users themselves; as a result, it has been unclear what kind of valve this is!
It’s really hard to say; indeed, the design of our buried tanks did not include a valve at the lower end of the liquid outlet. When the equipment arrived at the customer’s company, they installed their own valves at that lower end of the outlet. This is what the sales staff told us, and we didn’t pay attention at the time, so to this day we still don’t know exactly what kind of valves were installed. It’s really unfortunate!
