Our factory’s reaction vessels are equipped with discharge valves at the bottom, along with a programmable control system that allows for automatic opening and closing of these valves. However, due to the specific conditions under which they operate, manual adjustment is sometimes necessary. When opening or closing the valves manually, since the valve bodies are installed in an inverted position, the actuators used for operating the valves are quite bulky. The valves are secured in place by bolts connected to the bottom of the reaction vessel; in such a case, is it necessary to provide support for the valves?
