Dear friends, is there any standard or experience for determining the height of the leg support of a pressure vessel? I checked the pressure vessel design manual and only found the maximum support height. I still have no idea how to determine the specific height. Thank you everyone.

Determine the height of the support legs according to the process and pipeline needs, but it should not be greater than the maximum support height stipulated in the standard, otherwise it will be calculated as non-standard.
As long as it is not higher than the maximum support height, it will be fine. Determine the specific height according to the on-site user use.
I would like to ask, if I choose type A and the support height exceeds 1400, but the calculation passes, is it okay?
