Why is the fillet welder task not marked with (K)?

Dear teachers, as shown in the figure, the first three diagrams illustrate the provision in TSG Z6002 regarding corner welds being treated as having gaskets. Logically, since they are considered to have gaskets, the welder’s qualification should include a (K) symbol; however, in Figure 4, the example of corner weld inspection items does not include this (K) symbol. Why is that?
