This post was last edited by Seek knowledge and reform oneself on 2020-9-21 at 10:20. Is there currently an oversupply of custom pressure vessels? The prices of chemical raw materials are generally falling, yet various manufacturers of such vessels continue to strive to expand their production capacity. The products offered by these manufacturers are homogeneous, resulting in low profit margins, while labor costs keep rising day by day. Is it really okay like this? What will become of college graduates like us who have just graduated?
Everyone is competing at low prices now; there’s no future in that.
It seems that without unique products of one’s own, things won’t be easy in the future
If you aim for mass-produced products, the market becomes crowded; either you need to develop larger products made from special materials that can withstand high temperatures and pressures, or you need to collaborate with universities and research institutions to create patented equipment components and similar items~
Common products are easy to produce, but not easy to make money from.
The entry barrier is low; owners prioritize price over quality!
Try to avoid small and medium-sized enterprises, especially private ones!
There is no overcapacity in the industry of non-standard pressure vessels.
A market economy is normal; there’s no need to worry
Large companies rely on collective effort, while small companies work hard to the best of their ability……
