Grooving of the intersection line

For round tubes with outer diameters of 219×12 and 325×12, grooves need to be created at the intersection points; what equipment is used to fabricate these grooves? Should it be shown in the output? It seems a bit troublesome
We have done similar things before; it basically involves machining a circular hole, and at most a bevel can be created at the highest point of the saddle shape, while the remaining area has to be polished manually.
