Removal of some paint from pipes and storage tanks

Because a thick sidewall is required, but it’s not possible to use fire for grinding the pipelines and storage tanks. I would like to ask the experienced guys here – is there any way to quickly remove some paint (only from an area about the size of a probe)? Thank you all in advance! ! :lol
Just grind off a dot, that’s it:lol
Just use a scraper to remove the paint; you might as well give it a try.
