There is currently one liquefied gas storage tank with a capacity of 40 cubic meters; it has been out of use since around 2014. It is now intended to be used as a compressed air storage tank, and its classification is to be changed from category III pressure vessel to category I pressure vessel. I am not sure what procedures need to be followed for this. Which entities can handle these procedures (documents)?
