Austenitic stainless steel flat plates used to manufacture primarily compressive components require retesting of their mechanical properties; so which specific mechanical properties are tested again?

The specific details of this clause state that for austenitic stainless steel flat sheets, their mechanical properties must be rechecked as specified; for those using the sheets in roll form, a set of samples for reinspection should be taken from the flat sheets at the beginning, middle, and end of the roll after the flattening process, while for those who do not use the sheets in roll form, a set of samples should be taken from the ends of the flat sheets
