Please introduce some domestic manufacturers of pyrolysis furnaces and construction companies
Huisheng Engineering is the leader in this field; it holds over 50% of the market share nationwide. The company is skilled in new construction, renovation, technical upgrades, and modular manufacturing, and it possesses its own set of processes that enable it to provide EPC turnkey solutions. Among the newcomers is Zhuoran, which features modular production. Other domestic oil construction and chemical construction firms can carry out on-site installation according to the drawings, but they lack design capabilities and require design institutes to create the designs.
As the guy upstairs said, Huisheng is indeed such a company. But I think there is a major misunderstanding in the original poster’s question: pyrolysis furnaces are not manufactured however one wishes; rather, they are designed according to the requirements of a specific project. Such furnaces are not products per se, but rather equipment used in chemical projects, and they are manufactured as needed. Because such a cracking furnace cannot be produced in advance and sold directly to users.
A cracking furnace is a rather complex device. CNPC also possesses the design capabilities; the Tarim Ethylene and Gansu Ethylene plants were both designed by CNPC. These design institutes have their own affiliated manufacturing factories, so installation is not an issue. Basically, companies under CNPC, Sinopec, and China National Chemical Engineering Corporation all have the capability to carry out installations
