Operating conditions for 15CrMoR(H) hydrogen-resistant plates

Under what circumstances is it necessary to use 15CrMoR(H) hydrogen-resistant steel plates? What are the relevant requirements and limitations, such as hydrogen content and hydrogen partial pressure? I’ve looked up some information but found no specific requirements; could experts please provide some guidance? Thank you!
It is also present on the heat exchangers, and the media used in heat exchangers from the same batch are the same; however, some use 15CrMoR while others use 15CrMoR(H). It’s not clear what criteria determine which one is used.
