The tower vessel has already been insulated; how can the location of the welds be accurately identified during weld inspection?

In the completion documents, the welding diagrams show only the location of the circumferential seams; however, the positions of the longitudinal seams are not aligned precisely according to the drawings
First, a reference point must be selected. Depending on the actual structure on site, whether it is demolished vertically or horizontally, relevant reference points can be found to proceed from there. It would be best to show the video so that it’s easier to discuss and for reference.

With a weld diagram, the location can be roughly determined; for single-chamber types, it can also be viewed from the inside. It really depends on the location where the inspection is to be carried out; have the person conducting the inspection tell you, and then discuss it further. In some cases, removing just a little bit of the insulation can cause it all to fall apart.
The manhole cover should be opened for inspections inside; under no circumstances should the insulation or any other external protective measures be removed. Only when inspections reveal deficiencies or other issues that require repair or overhaul can solutions be discussed with the user.
