TSG21 stipulates that special equipment units must undergo registration before being put into use. What does it mean by \"units leaving the factory\"? Also, after notifying the relevant authorities of the installation of a new pressure vessel, is it necessary to go to the special inspection agency for installation acceptance (other than supervision during installation)?
This is a name that emerged in the new technical specifications; there is no explanation for it. In my opinion, it refers to those mobile units or equipment systems mentioned in previous regulations, and the explanations provided by the authorities are sometimes contradictory. According to the technical specifications, installation acceptance is not required for newly installed pressure vessels, nor is there any installation inspection. However, various places may continue to require a pre-commissioning inspection report in accordance with previous practices.
