Tanks like this have an inclined bottom, with one side being higher than the other. For such atmospheric pressure storage tanks, how should the thickness of the bottom plate be determined? How should the reinforcing ribs be arranged, and what thickness should they have? I’m asking the experts here for help – those who have not worked on this type of structure usually design them with a flat bottom.
