The designed pipeline code is SHC3. Although the SH3501-2011 standard does not specify any requirements for the SHC grade, according to GB50517-2010, the inspection ratio for SHC3 is 10% RTⅢ. What should be used as the basis for choosing this criterion? The design also doesn’t specify any standards for construction – how should experts make a choice in this case?
