Can the supports and hangers for critical pipelines be directly installed and fixed to the flange bolts?

Fixed to the bolt; what about when the bolt is removed?
You say it’s possible on flanges and forged pipes, but how do you weld bolts?
1. I have never encountered such a requirement, nor have I looked for any basis for it. 2. Whether it is permitted or not, standards must be used as a basis for making a judgment; if the standards do not provide any guidelines, then the calculation results shall be used to determine whether it is permissible or not. 3. There are many ways to determine the settings for pipe supports and hangers. Assuming that site conditions impose certain constraints, one approach could be to use an overhead DN20 pipe – welding on the outer surface of this pipe is not allowed, but fixing points are necessary. In this case, a support plate with holes of the same size and number as those on the flange can be used; this plate is fixed to one side of the flange’s extension bolts using nuts. The force exerted by this plate is unrelated to the preload required to tighten the flanges, and the force generated by the plates is far below the yield strength of the bolts. Is this acceptable? 4. The word “important” in the original poster’s topic contains a trick. I had a vague sense that it was a skilled player; they came up with a brain-teaser: lol
