The diameters of the two openings on the container are 460 and 62 respectively; the larger opening is radial, while the smaller one is an eccentric vertical opening. If the opening reinforcement calculations for the two nozzles are successful separately, is it still necessary to consider combined reinforcement? 2. If the fitting with small openings meets the criteria for exemption from calculation, is it still necessary to consider joint reinforcement?
A combined reinforcement calculation is required for this; the condition under which such calculation can be omitted is that the distance between the centers of the two holes is greater than the sum of their diameters. Since this condition is not met, the calculation cannot be omitted.
