For pressure vessels equipped with wire mesh demisters, is the wire mesh demister installed before or after the application of water pressure? Are there any regulations regarding this in the standards?

Our factory used to carry out installation mainly after applying water pressure, but this requires opening the manhole after pressurization in order to proceed with the installation. Is it possible to install the support components before pressurization, so that they can be installed together with the wire mesh demister once pressure is applied?
For ordinary equipment, it needs to be disassembled for inspection and pressure testing when it arrives at the site... There are no major issues with installing the wire mesh demister later; however, it may be necessary to consider using spare gaskets for the manholes... No requirements seem to be specified in the common standards
There is a problem with using a wire mesh defoamer: requirements regarding water quality, including chloride levels and cleanliness
The hydrostatic test is used to verify the strength of the equipment; an inspection of the equipment may also be required upon arrival at the site. The equipment can be disassembled after the hydrostatic test. The screen is inside the equipment and is not a pressure-bearing component, so it is more convenient not to install it during hydrostatic testing.
