Welding procedure qualification for the weld joint between heat exchange tubes and tube sheets

Appendix H of GB/T151 provides diagrams of joint configurations for heat exchange tubes and tube sheets in several other forms. How can the welding process be evaluated for the welding joint of the configuration shown below?
Termination joints and termination welds cannot be evaluated in accordance with NB/T47014.
Since this type of joint does not fall under the category of strength welding as defined in GB151, and no process evaluation can be carried out, how can the pull-out force be ensured? If it is a sealed weld, no evaluation is required; the pull-out force is ensured by the strength of the expansion joint.
I don’t know which type this connector belongs to.
