Selection of insulation and cooling devices for solvent storage tanks

The company has several solvent storage tanks, with sunshades installed outdoors. Due to the high temperatures in summer, insulation measures and sprinkler systems have been put in place; however, the sprinklers are not very effective and they also cause damage to the insulation layer. Are there any other ways to cool down? For the external piping and jacket, it’s best not to use open flames; I would appreciate your advice.
If there’s a sunshade, why is spraying still necessary? If nothing else works, just improve ventilation, right?
There is a storage tank for n-propylamine, with a boiling point of 48°C; it’s an old tank, and we’re thinking about upgrading it
Vent port, add a condenser, allow the condensed liquid to flow back, prevent volatilization losses, and empty at the outlet.

A coiled metal hose along with thermal conductive paste is used to increase the heat exchange area, while insulation material is applied on the outside. Because adding a condenser may lead to the formation of condensate water within it or to leaks, which can result in cooling water entering the solvent tank – a situation that does not comply with GMP requirements.
