Application scope: ★ This product is widely used for bonding wear-resistant ceramic tiles, especially on equipment in industries such as thermal power, steel manufacturing, smelting, machinery, coal, and mining, where there is severe wear caused by abrasive dust or slurry erosion. It is particularly suitable for bonding wear-resistant ceramic tiles in high-temperature operating conditions. ★ Application of wear-resistant ceramic tiles in areas such as the coal grinder outlet pipes, the inner shell of the powder discharge pump, the dust removal systems in steel plants, and air duct elbows. ★ Ceramic wear-resistant linings can be applied to the inclined tube section at the outlet of ball mills as well as to the wind casing of exhaust fans; they can also be used to attach wear-resistant ceramic tiles to hoppers, silos, and mine cars in steel plants and smelting facilities. ★ Application of wear-resistant ceramic tiles to equipment such as silos and hoppers in coal conveying and ash discharge systems, as well as in feeding and batching systems used in the metallurgy and steel industry. It is also suitable for bonding and repairing mechanical parts under high-temperature conditions. Usage Method ★ Surface Treatment: Sand or blast the surface of the material to be bonded in order to remove dust, oil, and rust, and then clean it with a detergent. ★ Adhesive preparation: Mix the two components evenly in a mass ratio of A:B = 2:1. ★ Gluing: Apply the prepared glue evenly to the surface of the items to be bonded. ★ Curing: It fully cures at room temperature within 24 hours, or it can be cured by heating to 80°C after 2 hours at room temperature and holding that temperature for 4 hours.
